1. Do you do same day and next day delivery?

Yes we do for selected arrangements! You may text or viber this contact number for rush orders or to inquire availability of flowers (+639171480022) strictly no calls.

We would appreciate it if clients place their orders at least 3 days ahead of intended delivery date to ensure freshness and availability of flowers.

Some arrangements, such as our Hydrangea bouquet and our dried flower arrangements, require at least a week in advance.


2. Do you offer free delivery?

Delivery charges will be shouldered by the customer. Our shop offers flat rate delivery of Php 250 to anywhere in Metro Manila for small arrangements.


3. How will my flowers be delivered?

 Delivery will be through our partner riders from Lalamove or Borzo who are accustomed to handling delicate floral arrangements. However, you may also book your own courier or do self pick-up. 


4. Can you customize flower arrangements?

5. What is the packaging of the arrangements?

 For fresh flower bouquets wrapped in our glassine wrapper, it will be delivered as is. For dried flower arrangements, we provide a paper bag. For boxed blooms, and flower baskets, we wrap them in clear plastic.


6. What are your delivery hours?

Customers can choose between 3 time slots: Whole Day Delivery, Morning Delivery, and Afternoon Delivery. We cannot deliver at exact times due to possible unforeseen circumstances on the road, so make sure there is someone who will receive within your chosen time slot. For special occasions such as proposals, weddings, and other events, you may arrange a special delivery time with us. Just send us an email us at


7. Do you have a physical store that I can visit?

 No, we don’t. La Bella Rosa Flowers is an online floral shop.


8. Can I do self pick-up?

Yes you may! Pick-up details will be sent once customer has paid and confirm his/her order.


9. What is your mode of payment?

Customers may choose between bank transfer (BDO and UnionBank), GCash, PayMaya, Tonik Bank, and PayPal (note that for Paypal, there is a transaction fee.)
