1. Legal Agreement
By placing an order with La Bella Rosa Flowers, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Seasonality and Substitution Policy
Fresh and dried flowers are seasonal; therefore, fillers and flowers are subject to change based on availability. If certain flowers are unavailable due to shipment delays, seasonality, special occasions, supplier issues, or quality concerns, we reserve the right to substitute them with alternatives of comparable quality and value at our discretion, without prior notice. Substitutions will maintain the overall look and value of the arrangement.
3. Arrangement Variations
Photos of floral arrangements are for visualization purposes only. As each arrangement is uniquely handcrafted, they may not be 100% identical to the photos. Rest assured, our florists carefully craft each piece with attention to detail. If specific flowers are unavailable on the delivery date, we will substitute them with suitable alternatives while maintaining the design integrity.
4. Delivery Responsibilities

Sender's Responsibility: It is the sender's responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information. Please ensure the stated recipient is available at the delivery address to receive the product.

Address Accuracy: To minimize delivery issues, include the exact map pin or location link (via Grab/Lalamove) and inform the recipient in advance.Â

Perishable Products: Since flowers are perishable, incorrect or incomplete delivery details may lead to a failed delivery, and no refunds will be issued.
5. Natural Characteristics
Certain flowers may exhibit natural discoloration, imperfections, or variations in size. These characteristics are not considered defects and do not compromise the freshness or quality of the arrangement.
6. Complaints, Refunds, and Changes

Perishable Nature: Complaints, refunds, or delivery date changes will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion.

Non-refundable Items: Products without visible defects are not eligible for refunds or exchanges due to a "change of mind."

Delivery Date Change Requests: Requests to change the delivery date must be made at least 72 hours prior to the original delivery date and are subject to approval.
7. Order Changes
Changes to submitted orders are discouraged. Any change requests are subject to our discretion and feasibility.
8. Order Confirmation
Orders are only confirmed once full payment is received and proof of payment is sent to labellarosa.mnl@gmail.com.
9. Delivery Terms

Delivery Fees: Customers will shoulder delivery fees.

Metro Manila Deliveries: Our partner riders from Lalamove, experienced in handling floral arrangements, will handle Metro Manila deliveries.

Provincial Deliveries: For nearby provinces (Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna), clients must arrange their own courier services and confirm serviceability with the courier. Once handed over to a third-party courier, we will no longer be responsible for the condition of the arrangement. A photo of the finished product can be sent upon request.
10. Customization Requests
Wrapper and ribbon colors may be changed upon request, subject to availability. If not specified, florist choice willy apply and will select appropriate materials.
11. Delivery Timeliness
While we strive to deliver orders or have them ready for pick-up within the day, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather, or road issues) may cause delays.
12. Failed Delivery and Re-delivery
If the recipient is unavailable at the specified address, we reserve the right to:

Charge a re-delivery fee.

Charge 50% of the arrangement price for repairs or replacements, if needed, based on the arrangement’s condition.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, accidents, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies.
14. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to global supplier price fluctuations.
15. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable if the arrangement is delivered in a visibly damaged condition. Claims must be supported with photos and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
16. Data Privacy
All personal information collected for order processing will be handled securely and will not be shared with third parties, except as required for delivery purposes.
